Your pathway to Oxford: World Development Corporation’s Directors’ Institute - World Council of Directors advantage
The Directors’ Institute – World Council of Directors offers independently operated professional development programmes in corporate governance, ESG leadership, and digital directorship.
As part of the learning experience, eligible participants may optionally enrol in selected online courses offered by Oxford Saïd Business School.
These Oxford Saïd online courses are separate elective learning components and do not constitute oversight, endorsement, validation, or delivery of the broader Directors’ Institute programmes by the University of Oxford or Oxford Saïd Business School.
Programme awards and recognitions are issued independently through Directors’ Institute and affiliated academic structures within Woolf University.

ECTS accreditation: Earn valuable ECTS credits through Woolf.
Optional Oxford Saïd online course participation: Eligible participants may undertake selected online learning opportunities offered by Oxford Saïd Business School.
To be eligible for this opportunity, participants must complete one of the following Directors' Institute programmes:
Programmes Under the International Corporate Directorship Pathway

Global Non-Executive Directorship programme – Master the principles of independent directorship and corporate governance.

ESG Leadership programme – Learn to drive Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy at the board level.

Digital Directorship programme – Gain expertise in leading digital transformation and cybersecurity governance.
Each award is accredited with ECTS credits and Eligible participants who successfully complete selected Oxford Saïd online programmes may receive course-specific completion recognition and access to certain Oxford Saïd learner communities associated with those programmes.
Participants may choose to complete one of the following online courses offered by Oxford Saïd Business School as an additional elective learning component.

Step 1: Enrol in one of the Directors’ Institute professional development programmes.

Step 3: Receive programme recognition from Directors’ Institute and course-specific completion recognition for the Oxford Saïd online course
